12-week Weight Loss Program
As the name suggests, this program aims to help you achieve your weight loss goals by undergoing 12 weeks of intensive training designed to help you maintain your exercise habits for the rest of your life. The approach to weight loss is based on three aspects: your exercise habits at the gym, your daily eating habits, and your daily lifestyle.

Training
Gym training is essential for efficiently building muscle and losing body fat in 12 weeks. Increasing muscle mass increases the calorie burn, so it's a two-for-one deal. It may take some time to get used to it, but keep trying!

Nutrition
Changing your eating habits is crucial for weight loss, with the goal being to consume 80% or less of the calories you burn. However, fasting and drastic changes are unsustainable and can be detrimental to your health!

Lifestyle
Changing your daily habits may seem easy at first glance, but it's actually difficult. Making small changes to your sleep quality, daily water intake, and daily exercise habits is the first step to achieving a healthy body!

・One hour session per week
・45-minute session x 1 time per week
・12 weeks in total (24 sessions in total)

*After completing either course, you can switch to regular one-hour training.
*There are no joining fees or annual fees.
If you do not achieve a 5% weight loss by the end of the 12 weeks, we will add one additional training session free of charge. Unlike programs that use dietary approaches to achieve short-term results, this program's unique feature is that it supports healthy, sustainable weight loss. Due to the nature of the program, there is a limit to the number of people who can participate at the same time, so if you are interested, please contact us as soon as possible.
