​Fees and Discounts


Admission fee and annual membership fee are free. Basic fees for personal training are as follows: The shortest 45-minute lesson is popular with those who come twice a week or those who have just started training and are not confident in their physical strength. In the one-hour lesson, those who want to train slowly without being pressed for time, and those who have gained physical strength in the 45-minute lesson, are training with plenty of time. On the other hand, 1.5 hour lessons are recommended for those who are too busy to go to training twice a week, or for those who want to concentrate and produce results in a short period of time. We also offer 2-person or more lessons at a flat rate of $120 an hour for any number of people. So far, many people have been training in this group lesson, including couples, parents and children, and friends.


​On weekdays only, we offer a $20 discount for those under the age of 18.

Change/Cancellation of Booking

100% refund for lesson changes/cancellations up to 24 hours prior to booking. Bookings can be changed less than 24 hours in advance, within the same week, without a cancellation fee. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your lesson less than 24 hours in advance.
