How is it different from regular gym personal training?

There are three major differences from regular gym trainers. First of all, our gym is a private gym, so you can concentrate on your training without worrying about other people. Secondly, unlike other commercial gyms, there is no admission fee or annual fee. Third, I myself majored in sports science at university, so in addition to strength training at the gym, I am able to provide guidance on daily health, sports, and physical pain.

Is there an additional charge for dietary guidance or creating a training menu at home?

For those who go to our gym, we provide basic dietary guidance and create a training menu when you can not come to the gym easily at no additional charge. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

​How many times a week is the optimal personal training frequency?

Basically, it depends on each person's goals and training history, but I personally recommend 45-minute lessons twice a week. There is a scientific reason that it takes 48 to 72 hours to recover from muscle fatigue, and twice a week is preferable.
